#ENCOUNTER SERIES

This years Encounter has been a journey, not until recently i didn't know how to multi task, but planning Encounter, running God's mercy solution ministries and been a pastor of many has made me to learn this habit.

I am indeed glad with the journey so far and the progress we have made, it wasn't easy but God held us strong. it almost felt impossible, but God saw us through. in this Journey(preparation for encounter) i have been disappointed, i have been fustrated, i have been left stranded, and i have been abused, some felt i wasn't spiritual because i demanded commitment but after two editions of encounter and what i perceive as been the block in getting the desired outcome, i have decided to use every gift that God has placed in me to plan,

As i write i am in a hurry because i have a prayer meeting tonight by 12:30am. I have literarily had to do everything and be everything. There have been those who have supported and there have been those who have ascounded, but right now with the level of success i have achieved and the experiences i have had, i have learnt how to work with different people on the same thing. It has been fun seeing this baby grow. What has been my greatest encouragement is the prayer for encounter. There has always been participants, the prayer has shifted focus from making requests, to sincerely fellowshiping with God to find out his plans and his desires for us. It's been awesome! Another fun part has been the artworks for Encounter. Peter has been awesome, Everything you see we've designed is by Peter (Visual Kraft), he is a two month old digital artworks designer. we have brainstormed, strategized and designed together. What i love most about peter is his creativity.

Very soon Encounter will be on the web, Goke has been a gem, giving many ideas and templates and enlightening me on the best way to go about it, Lastly i would love to appreciate Samuel Adeyinka, gospelkonnect, com, My brother i can never repay you for all you've done. Rhoda you are rare. to all those who have prayed with us during our conference prayer calls i appreciate you, sam, funto, tobi, hilda kemi, valerie, henry, bro owolabi. I have to appreciate this brother for helping us and releasing his fellowship and excos to work with us. This years encounter will be awesome, not only are we making clothing available, there would be a special documentary on Encounter.

All i can say is whatever your hand findeth to do do it with all your hands, I have learnt not too be disappointed when men fail, I am always looking for the way out. I believe in people especially people with talent, I will never stop telling you how good you are, I am not a liar, and i can't cover people's ability. It is now left for you to know how to manage the accolades. Please don't let it get to your head no man is indispensable, God has blessed me with so many resources the problem i have is choosing. even Human resources. I am so blessed.

Humble as ever This years Encounter is special, so special!. Joining us are Pastor Steve Aiyanyo a humble man of God, so annointed. Brother Ransome, Tolubori, Emmanuel Edward. My favourite is Spontaneous worship I have dreamt of this for more than a year

How to develop Faith (#Encounter Series 5) Romans 10:

Every believer has faith and the level of faith each believer has is greater than that of a mustard seed.
When Jesus was talking about faith in the gospels he was speaking to the disciples as people who didn’t have faith who were not yet born again.

It is the Holy Spirit that births faith, the word alone apart from the Holy Spirit faith can’t develop. Once the disciples became born again they never told anyone to have faith all they said is grow in faith. Our focus now is growing our faith to do exploit. The faith we now have needs constant fellowship with the word to grow and increase, the apostles several times would admonish the saints to seek revelation and get understanding, Also that they might walk in the consciousness of what we carry for example in Col 3:16, we are admonished to let the word of Christ dwell in us richly, also in 1 pet 2:2 we are told to desire the sincere milk of the word in Romans 10:17 we are told that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God, God’s emphasis and expectation for our lives after we are born again is to grow our faith, nowhere in the epistles would he say have faith or o ye of little faith, because we no longer have little faith we have great faith. Jesus spoke in the Gospels in this manner because the Holy Spirit had not yet come to birth faith in them. With the Holy Spirit in us our Faith comes. Faith is actually the Holy Spirit imbibing the word.

So as believers if we have received the word into our lives and the spirit has acted upon the word, we have faith. What next! Why does it seem like we do not have faith? It is because we are not growing in the word. As long you are not living by the word you can’t have faith, Jesus was the faith of the disciples, and they had so much confidence in him and His ability to do everything. So likewise we must have confidence in the ability of Jesus as if he were present now with us. Confidence in the person and ability of Jesus is Faith. Did you notice that the disciples couldn’t manifest in faith without the presence of Jesus, and even when they did manifest faith without him, he breathed upon them the Holy Spirit, so in the absence of Christ the Holy Spirit takes over? In the Gospels their faith rested on Jesus (His Physical Presence).  Now our Faith rests on the person of the Holy Spirit. The presence of the holy spirit within proves that we have Christ.

FAITH IS UNIVERSAL

Faith is Universal

We only need to have faith and all things are possible. Faith is sufficient for all aspects of life, if you have faith to be healed and you don't have faith for provision then your faith is incomplete, faith is complete trust in God's ability. In faith you look up to God and not your circumstances, the focus must always be God, whatever circumstances we face just has to bow to God, because we see with the eye of faith. Well if you have trained your soul to always look up to God it won't be hard.
So we just need train our minds to conform to God's word, more like a default setting, like refer back to God. This faith (complete trust in God's ability through Christ Jesus), is built in relationship. If our relationship with God is wholesome, nothing can shake us, even when sometimes our faith seems weak we are quick to acknowledge the strength of God.

God has been dealing with me on faith, some of my thoughts I shared on the blog: houseofdunamis.blogspot.com

INWARD FAITH AND OUTWARD FAITH (#Encounter series 3) Heb 11:1 (PART 2)

We stand a chance of going extinct with our faith if that is the way we view Faith, Faith is Universal. In terms of concept, if we are to define faith as a phenomenon then it is a concept, it represents one thing, but there are several effects of faith upon a man's life. a man of faith manifests different level of trust in God, Just like sin Faith is both a nature and an action, an action we express that shows our trust in God is referred to as an act of faith. but in terms of looking at acts of faith persecution and martyrdom is as much an act of faith as walking on waters or healing the sick, Now we regard Faith as a concept and as a nature as INWARD FAITH, and Faith as an act as OUTWARD FAITH.

Inward faith grows by hearing the word of God, and it does not depend on circumstances, each challenge or situation that brings itself only presents inward faith with the opportunity to express itself, the extent to which faith expresses itself is a testament to our level of communion and faithfulness. Outward faith is expressed or is only seen when an opportunity presents itself for a man to defend his faith, it is a doing but it is a reflection to the extent to which inward faith has developed.

Brethren before we talk about faith let us have a definite understanding of what it means, faith is the expression of our relationship with God, we shouldn't be caught in the mistake of attaching faith with principles of asking and requesting, a person of faith knows is request has been granted, mind you we must spend time to develop faith (wholesome faith) because without faith it is impossible to please God, he that must come to God must believe that he is and he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him, not as if we are striving to please God but instead we can't meet the requirement for getting pleasure of God if we don't act in faith. God would do nothing without faith anybody that does not have faith cannot partake of God. Faith expresses all that God is, and it is not in degrees. Simple faith opens any door. All that is needed is an iota of faith, the popular culture now is for ministers to preach incomplete faith, which is a form of idolatry, any faith that does not get you focusing on Jesus but circumstances is not faith, how do i mean, in some churches pastors preach on having faith for financial breakthrough, this churches exhibit high level of financial success but that is all the side of faith they have seen, others focus on healing and are deficient in other things. what this does is to breed idolatry, or faith consumers. these Christians are only focused on getting their needs and wants, they have lost the sweet pleasure of having a faith that focuses on Jesus. This faith is idolatry, because it doesn't teach us to hope in or completely trust God. we know to handle every other aspects of our lives but turn all attention to God on the thing we want to have faith in for example provision. most of this Christians are greedy, and they love the life of the flesh more than the life of the spirit, in other words they are carnal Christians.

INWARD FAITH AND OUTWARD FAITH (#Encounter series 5) Heb 11:1 (Part1)

When i began to search deeper what faith meant i realised faith was simply the holy spirit i know some people might think i am actually going to far but wait and go along with me on this journey most of the terminologies used in Heb 11:1 are foreign, to us i have decided to do an in-depth study on faith and i won't stop until the holy spirit witnesses in my spirit to do so, morning by morning new revelations keep flooding my spirit on the topic of faith and i had decided to discard all that i knew.

So then what is Faith?

Heb 11:1 is the only scripture we have that gives us a direct definition of faith and this definition has birthed many revelations, some doctrinally sound and others not too sound, but as i kept studying the Holy Spirit began to put this witness within my spirit and several times kept redirecting me to study Hebrews 11:1 again at first my spirit defined or substituted faith with / as complete trust in God's ability through Christ Jesus, but recently Faith has come alive in a different way for some days the Holy S
pirit seemed to witness to my spirit that i am faith.

So i began meditating on all the things i know about the workings of the holy spirit for him to have claimed to be faith.

In Ephesians 1:13-14, In whom you also trusted after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom also after that ye believed ye where sealed, with that holy spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Also 2 cor 1:21-22 now he which Establisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; who hath also sealed us and given the earnest of the spirit in our hearts.
when i began to look at it literarily.

FAITH is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen, the holy spirit is a substance given to us and he is also a hope we have of our eternal redemption.

Faith is a substance likewise, the holy spirit is a substance given to us to guarantee our possession and our final appearance with God though we haven't seen Jesus we believe we would see him and we act like we have seen him our seeing Jesus or not seeing him does not diminish our eternal life, we already have eternal life. without the holy spirit faith is dead,

Our faith as a substance is also an evidence of what is unseen, the holy spirit also been a substance is an evidence of the unseen Christ and the Glory to come. In popular christian culture faith is said to be what you can attach to what you are believing God for, the popular examples are when you need something from God, you begin to meditate on the word of God, that addresses what you need or that strengthens your faith in what you believe God for, you keep confessing the scriptures until that thing manifests, that has been the popular believe, while this principle is right it does not define faith it only reflects faith. When in Hebrews Faith was defined it wasn't a system, while naturally when we believe God for something shows we are executing faith, it does not define faith just because we can hold onto the word of God to believe God for what we desire, and eventually get that thing does not mean that faith has being executed.

Heroes of Faith (#Encounter series 4) Heb 11

Rachab
We want to talk about rachab who was willing to sacrifice all she had by sacrificing her life to house spies from Israel, she turned her brothel into a spy agency. Her faith grew from the stories she heard of God's dealings with Israel and she had longed for His salvation secretly, praying that God would some day come and deliver her, for she had anticipated that the way Israel where journeying, her city was the next to be conquered and this faith made her to to remodel her house for Israel's espionage. Strangers who were trained killer's, who would not have hesitated to kill her had something gone wrong, by her act of faith she was able to save her family and prevent their destruction along with the whole of Jericho. Her act of faith qualified her to be recognised as a patriarch of faith, a reference, we now refer to. She willingly risked all because she had developed feelings for God, this growing faith made her to withstand her king, because through the eye of faith she had seen the destruction of Jericho and had warned her nation but they put their hope in devices of men, and their great wall. She was not scared of being found out because Faith had prepared her before hand  She was so convinced in the ability of the God of all flesh and she saw this as her deliverance from sin, for I doubt that poverty made her practice prostitution, for it had become a career.

I just wonder how can one with such a darkened and reprobate mind begin to develop feelings for God? The answer is faith.

Ruth
Ruth gave herself away to become another's property even Naomi, preferring to go childless and husbandless all her life just because she wanted to meet with Naomi's people and God, for she desperately lunged for the faith she saw in Naomi which she couldn't find in her own people, with all the tragedy that befell Naomi yet her faith remained unwavered, for she had grown to love God during her marriage and she was not ready to continue living without him, Naomi was a great influence on her, how she was able to weather through the storm, she wondered what kind of a thing is her hope anchored on.
When Naomi decided to go back to Israel it was not hard for Ruth to make her choice, because she knew that moab was no place to nurture her growing faith, it was not an option for her to stay back in moab because she had concluded in her heart, that anywhere her mother-in-law went she would go, because in her mind after her husband's death she started to see herself as Naomi's daughter even though there where nothing to tie her to her again, not even an issue. Her resolve to follow Naomi came with certain sacrifices to her, her record in moab would be wiped out and she stood a chance of being an outcast in Israel. With no source of lively hood, she was prepared to face all these. Unknown to her God had other things in store, her salvation was in Naomi in the form of Boaz a kinsman redeemer.

Should we talk about Stephen, who by faith gave up the ghost.

INTRODUCING FAITH (#Encounter Series 3) Heb 11

I am crucified with Christ . I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life I Now live, I live by the faith of the son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Gal 3:11 but that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, the just shall live by faith.
Christ living in me produces faith in me by my fellowship with the Holy Spirit, the faith produced in me is expressed outside, so I now live by the faith of the son of God. Everything I do now is by faith which is a sign that I have died. Because anything not done in faith will not represent the Jesus Christ that lives in me.

SO WHAT THEN IS FAITH? as the bible said the just shall live by faith,
Faith is trusting completely in God's ability whatever the case may be, challenges, sickness, lack e.t.c

So we can rephrase all our references to faith by trusting completely in God's ability through Christ Jesus.

If we insert this into Heb 11:1 Trusting completely in God's ability through Christ Jesus is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

In Gal 2:20, I am crucified with Christ. I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life I now live, I live by trusting completely in God's ability through Christ Jesus, the son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
We can insert this into any verse where faith is, even e.g he 11:6 also, Without Trusting completely in God's ability through Christ Jesus it is impossible to please God, because anyone that must come to God must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him.

To satisfy God's longing desire in us anything we do must be in faith, because anything not done in Faith is sin. The faith talked about in Hebrew 11 is a relationship, and describes how through fellowship we can be pleasing to God, It is not a demanding faith, the faith been discussed is believing in Christ. This faith encompasses every aspect of life and living. It is this relationship with Christ that produces the ability to do exploits.

Hebrews 11 through many stories shares how people's relationship with God was able to impact their nation, their generation or their life. The same faith that made some do great things is the same that made some face persecution and even give up their life. So what do we make of this except that faith is a life, a relationship that shows how this people are with God, because without the power of the holy spirit they wouldn't have taking the steps they took, even to be martyred for Christ required faith, trusting the power of God's redemption, and believing it is worth defending allowing the holy spirit manifest in us his life, for example facing Goliath knowing full well that victory is only possible through Faith, having that perfect assurance that God has got you covered, because of what he has done for you, and what you have witnessed in your journey with God

What then is Faith? (#Encounter Series 2)
Heb 11:1

I Stand to be corrected but most of the times the reason why Christians sin is a lack of faith, they have not yet realized that it is through faith you stop sinning. You only ascribe and agree with God that what He says is true, faith is agreeing with God. Living powerfully in faith, we would not sin bcos we see ourselves exactly the same way God sees us, that means we have not believed in the power of jesus to save us utterly from sin completely, we are making the grace of Jesus untrue frustrating the grace.

What is Faith? Is Faith a believe system. Is Faith a prayer tool, is Faith one of the many gifts of God, or is Faith just what we know it to be. What exactly is your understanding of faith, how do you see faith, is Faith deprived of its very power in your life. If you are confused about faith I advice you to seek understanding and revelation will flood your face. But this is faith, the resurrected life. That jesus Christ came and lived a certain way and recommended such a life for us, so that we may live triumphantly, that we may know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his suffering being made conformable to his death. Brethren without his resurrection power we are nothing, I mean we are nothing, Faith is a life and Faith is also Living. Knowing Jesus is Faith, I am not talking about reading Jesus or getting acquainted with him, I mean knowing Jesus. There is no way you would know Jesus and not produce Faith, it is impossible.

I pray God, the father of our Lord Jesus Christ that he would give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. Revelation and power for living only comes from knowing him, so we see that we might all be able to shout that I may know him. But remember each time you shout that I may know him you are actually saying give me faith, as we sing this song give me jesus. Each time we cry that I may know him, give me jesus, we are actually shouting I need faith, I am desperate for faith. When we understand the position of faith in our lives we would know how to pray the right prayer, our cry won’t be give me this or give me that it would be give me faith.
When we are facing a crisis it would be give me faith, when we are broken it would be give me faith, when we are struggling or entangled with sin, it would be give me faith. It is the absence of faith, or the taking of our eyes away from faith that makes us to struggle, not as though if you have faith things won’t go wrong, but rather it is the presence of faith that makes us to triumph in every of our pursuit. So we can also say faith is the triumphant life. Faith is huge and it is all encompassing, it is a life. First a building of a relationship before it becomes a making of a demand. Faith is entirely spiritual, and it is wholly satisfying, but it demands a lot of attention, knowing Christ requires that.

I believe that with this I have being a blessing, more is coming on the subject of faith, this has being my life long research knowing what faith is, I started this search when I began to see cracks in the message of faith, I saw that even though we were told to get aquainted with Christ, it was to get acquainted with Christ so one can get results, I realize now that things are not so. This series is produced to promote encounter 2016, avail yourself by coming for the program as men of God come in to share their life on the journey of faith Encounter 2016 coming soon…. Be prepared plan to attend.

Faith (#Encounter series) Heb 11:1

This has been the bane of my journey, i have had to learn and unlearn about Faith, and i felt it important to share my experiences with us, this is also the theme for our annual camp meeting tagged #encounter the promotional design will be shared with us, avail yourself the opportunity and plan to attend, this teaching is going to be a series this is the first draft.

I have bn crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not i, but christ liveth in me. and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith of the son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. So therefore, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, for by faith the heavens were formed. Calling those things that be not as though were, for by faith the world was framed and all that we see were brought into existence by that which we do not see, life was created by faith.

Even though we are not yet risen with the lord. We live in the resurrection, with the hope that Christ is coming. When our incorruptible body will be exchanged for incorruptible body. The work in our Christian walk is Faith. Even though we have access to everything by grace we receive them and see their manifestation by faith. Faith is our legal tender, we need to constantly strive to live by faith. We must keep Christ in our consciousness and allow our faith to have free course i.e it must flow. We stand a chance of being in extinction if our lives lose the power of it’s appeal which is faith, the one thing the world lacks that makes us stand out from them is faith it is the one thing missing from their puzzle, it is the reason why chaos reigns.

Faith brings peace, clarity and assurance, faith is a profession and an attainment, faith is a reality and a lifestyle. I have struggled so much because I was weak to exercise my faith and the devil capitalized on that, I thought the faith life was hard but as I reinvigorated myself in the word, God was able to show me that my natural existence and response should be that of faith, all I am saying is, if we don’t make it a duty to live by faith, we would suffer many things, emotional depression, lack of power, fear, confusion and so many others. It is my believe that all we are required of in this world is to exhibit GOD (Faith). Faith is not positive confession, Faith is assurance and confidence to pursue a particular course of action, even when things are not going in the direction it is meant to go, Faith is the very nature of things. What made it difficult to live by faith is the fact that we were taught or we perceived faith wrongly. We were taught faith from a carnal approach. We were told that faith is only active in prayer and when we want to make large requests from God, like getting a contract, or travelling abroad(Outside Africa), buying a car... we held on to the wrong concepts, faith to us was just a means to an end unknowing to us faith was the very life we live, our daily journey is earmarked as faith. So we misunderstood faith, and like every new thing that came before it, this kind of faith with the wrong misconception, after a whilebegan to crack, gradually there were walls in our believe system, some of us it tore us apart, but we stayed in faith embracing faith, while some were totally torn from the faith, few it is that survived this barrage on their believe, they went back to their closet and humbled themselves before God, and sought his help the result was a transformation into a triumphant living.

Faith is not just walking on waters, faith is carrying God around everywhere you go, and him enabling you to do the impossible from being able to withstand persecution to commanding results
Shalom!

Newness

One of the things God did when we became born again was to give us a new heart and then he gave us a new spirit and furthermore he put His spirit within us, we might want to ask the need for him putting his spirit within us: it was simply to help us manage the new heart and unite with our new spirit

  • The Law without help from the holy spirit puts man to stumble because the heart of man was desperately wicked it became important to change the heart of man from a heart of stone to that of flesh that the law of God might be written on it, but that was not all in order for us to fully walk in God's righteousness God placed or more explicitly God put his Holy Spirit within us.
  • The work of the Holy Spirit in us was to make us to walk in the righteousness of God that the law demanded we do.
The Bible made it clear that the law was perfect so then why does it make people stumble?
So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good. Romans 7:12
  • The Law in itself is righteous but obedience to the law became a problem because of the presence of sin, sin made the law to look unrealisable. Sin had control through the law and instead of the law bringing people close to God it drew them farther, for they focused on the judgement of sin than fulfillment of the law, sin became the center of attraction instead of the law which was meant to bring us closer to God, the law was meant to show how good God was but sin seized the occasion that the law was a burden.
  •  Did that which is good, then, become death to me? By no means! Nevertheless, in order that sin might be recognized as sin, it used what is good to bring about my death, so that through the commandment sin might become utterly sinful. Romans 7:13
The law was given to bring us closer to God. if we do not sin we would be close to God, in all it's application it became important for God to help man, merely giving us the law was not sufficient, it also became necessary to enable us obey the law  from within. even for those who venture to obeying the law there is no pleasure or better still satisfaction from obeying the law because of the absence of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
  • The law was good but it made God to appear untouchable, to holy to approach, God intervened and made it easier for us to obey him putting his spirit within us he makes it not only easy to access God but also to obey the law, the holy Spirit also interprets the law
  • he makes us one with the law in that the law demands righteousness from us and God had made us righteous via the sacrifice of Jesus, so it becomes easy for a righteous man to walk in righteousness ( we became righteous by accepting Jesus Christ by our persona Lord and savior) where as when sin was dominant it wasn't easy. cos when you don't feel like doing good and you are asked to do good it becomes a struggle, and then after you've obeyed you don't know how long you will sustain it(doing good)
  • As it was easy for Jesus to walk righteous on earth it becomes easy for us too because of the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit
  • The New Creation man is a man created by God in his own image and then controlled and maintained by the holy spirit. The Holy Spirit and the spirit of Man becomes one at new birth to produce a new creation who God's Law is engraved in their heart.
As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him. 1 john 2:27

ENCOUNTER

Encounter is a labor room, Encounter is the birthplace of sons, the vision of encounter is to recruit kingdom workers, it’s like a launch pad, where power is generated and ministries birthed. Encounter is an event that seeks to increase awareness on the need of more gospel workers.
Encounter started Feb 17 2010! It began with a heavenly visitation and an anointing of the head. All I remember was that before I had the encounter I was a normal boy but after the encounter I became a different man with vision and clarity. I became hungrier for God. As the vial of oil was poured upon my head by Jesus Christ I felt cold sensations and heat sensations at the same time. It was as if my flesh was alive and boiling in my body I could feel heat, but around my surroundings I felt cold. I saw Jesus I can't forget those eyes they were transparent and translucent you could see inside them and they were also glowing, His silver like whitish hair that was shining, did I also tell you that gazing at those eyes felt like gazing straight into a flame. And that I could see myself in him, I was so conscious of my weakness but he assured me of his presence that he would be with him if I stayed with him. The appearance of Jesus was like that of a refiner’s fire, as I stood in his presence I was being purified and energized.

Since the time I had this encounter, ministry started, it was automatic! Although before then I was a Sunday school and bible study teacher and was also involved in the teens and children evangelism ministry through school visitors, but it was after then I began to minister with powers with visible manifestations and signs.
Enormous amount of energy is required for a rocket to be launched out into orbit so likewise encounter is a program soaked with the energy of God and the power of God for launching out, with diverse manifestations of the spirit, you are sure to locate your own place in the assemblage of the righteous. There is a quickening spirit that facilitates the life of God into a soul, it’s an awakening!!!
Men will awaken to their call and gifts, an in-gathering of souls for the purpose of ministry. It’s a birth place of revival, where people cry out with one voice, one soul, one thought and one purpose to God. We want to see your kingdom come Spirit Break Out!! There will be heavy manifestations of God’s presence and a quickening of God’s mind, purpose and plans into believers, it would be a taking up of arms, it would be a raising up of an army unto God to plunder the kingdom of darkness. It would be an earnest seeking of believers, a downpour of God’s glory (power), an activation of the spirit life, an embracing of spiritual principles, a building up, a major shakeup of the sinful life (carnal). It’s a Revival, a birthing of sons, an upholding of righteousness, an adoption of the spirit life and an embracing of life eternal. That mortality might be swallowed up by life, a growing unto maturity, an earnestness.
It would be said of us after encounter that the zeal of God’s house has eating us up. The reality of the life of God will open to us. We will walk in his consciousness and live in this consciousness. We will be helped; our souls will be refreshed because of this Light. We would no longer wander in darkness because the life of God will be revealed unto us and we would embrace it. Encounter is a fire conference, a lighting of torches, a setting off of flames, a setting ablaze, an ignition and spread of holy flames from the altar down to the pews. An empowerment, a victorious living, a triumphant life, a journey into Holiness, a growing deeper, a burrowing of roots, a sp read of tentacles, an assimilation, a bearing of fruits, a reward of diligence and years of earnest seeking. The power of God would be so mighty to release gifts, ministries, mantles and to deliver men. It would be a reward of faithfulness. A journey into God, a life of pursuit, a reward of excellence, an habitation of Heaven’s Host, a breaking forth, a harbinger of success, a distribution of wealth, a entering into prosperity.
Encounter would be all that God wants it to be. There will be an increase in finance, wealth and prosperity for the work of the ministry there would be a spread of millionaires after this meeting because God would entrust his resources to those he knows would make good use of it, television ministries would be birthed radio stations, would be launched. The life of God would be celebrated. O! Holiness would be our watchword. A life of purity will be exalted, nations will be birthed, prophecies would be released, the deaf will hear, the dumb will speak, the lame would walk and the dead would be raised up back to life, there would be a perfecting of the saints an everlasting reward, a revealing of secrets, destinies would be launched. Mothers will be born, there would be a holy hunger and a reverence for God and for sacred things, instruments of worship will be consecrated, boldness and confidence would increase. Encounter would be a koinonia, a place of intimacy.

100 DAYS PRAYER

Join me as I pray for persecuted Christians in the North, in Iraq and all over the world, but the major source of news reaching us comes from Iraq where a guerilla Islamic group known as Isis as taking over a part of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, this group are advancing into turkey and they also have plans of overthrowing Israel. Their major victims have being the Christians, there have being massive slaughter people are being buried alive, crucifixions, hangings, be-headings and even blood sacrifices; Christians. I have seen series of Death that I had never seen before even headless Bodies.
These sight is nauseating if we don't pray for the persecuted we all might soon fall into the same category, especially those in Nigeria. Boko Haram is tailing the line of Isis, this is not the time to lay blames or speak against any one. this is the time to repent, seek and be humble and pray.

Join me for the next #100 Days as we pray against Persecution especially In Iraq and Northern Nigeria. Boko Haram must be stopped and Isis must be destroyed. The Lord began to show me that Isis got their devilish inspiration from Boko Haram. The way Boko Haram laid siege on Nigeria gave Isis the inspiration to establish an Islamic state. And the way they are going about it is radical, they are taking over any land they enter into and they are well on the verge of taking over the rest of Iraq.
This group is more brutal than Al-Qaeda, Taliban, Hamas or any other terrorist group put together, they don't negotiate or take hostage, once they know you are not for them the next is to kill and destroy, they are very merciless.

Christians unite wake up, Let's pray, Let's Join hands together and save our nation, and save the church and also the world. This is a wake up call, there is a major shaking up. And it requires that we act fast. When Jesus spoke in his prayer at John 17, he said Father that they all may be one. He kept saying this and I wondered what this meant? what is dis power in unity? I realised that this unity is a bigger voice for evangelisation or soul winning than any individual anointing a man can  carry. It became clear that God would have us unite more than what our individual minds can fathom, unity not compromise.
In becoming united we would speak with one voice and the same authority when we see our brother in pain, we would all move to help such a one. When we do this, when we do this i.e speak with the same voice and authority, then the world will know God and that Jesus Christ was truly sent by him.

With authority he raised the dead, with authority he parted the red sea. When we are united such authority will be manifested through us and the world will definitely know that we are his own. So they will seek the truth and seek to know and follow Jesus because of such level of power and demonstrations. What are the things making Headlines in our News is it not war, bloodshed, hunger, famine, even sports, parties and events, when Jesus was alive he made headlines. When we become united we would make headlines because the world would not stop to talk about us. Anywhere they go! they see headlines made by Christians. They have no choice but to report it, The world is yet to see the unity of believers.

Our evangelism would become more effective. The lord has raised us up as disciples to be an example unto the world and so that by this sign, the world may come to know Jesus and believe and be saved.
By this many more sons are brought to glory. This is the power of unity so let's unite.

There is power in Prayer, I tell you the truth even me I just discovered it's potency. I've been receiving Prayer requests and testimonies about answers, Healing. Breakthrough, School Fees being paid, Jobs being secured, contracts being awarded, projects being completed. These are Just a few of the miracles the lord has done in the past one month yea! One Month!!

You see prayer of itself is not the power but it is the life that backs the request and the authority that is being used to offer such a request.

I say life because, without carrying the mindset of Christ Prayer becomes a wish. Yea! A mere wish it is the life(Zoe consciousness) that gives strength to the request or petition, for example look at Peter in Acts 3 at the beautiful gate he said such as I have I give to you, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. He was confident of the life he carried and of it's potency. He did not just pray and sit back, he pulled him up and helped him to his feet because he was so sure that the man would walk, because he knew that life had gone into him as he spoke. How sure are you. Are you hoping or wishing, once we start to pray for this #100 Days, I tell you we have become sure and certain that persecution will stop and cease in Iraq and the North. We are no longer Hoping once we embark on this Journey. And I say It with a certain confidence Just as Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden were destroyed Isis and Boko Haram will be destroyed. However this can only be hastened By the agitations of certain Believers.

Thanks and God Bless I remain a brother and a fellow servant of our Lord Jesus Christ.

UNITY

Christians unite wake up, Let's pray, Let's Join hands together and save our nation, and save the church and also the world. This is a wake up call, there is a major shaking up. What are the things making Headlines in our News is it not war, bloodshed, hunger, famine, even sports, parties and events.

When Jesus was alive he made headlines. When we become united we would make headlines too because the world would not stop to talk about us. Anywhere they go! they see headlines made by christians. They have no choice but to report it, The world is yet to see the unity of believers.

Youths can't help but be united, because it is dis lack of unity that killed our Fathers, everyone wanting his own territories, they are all doing great works but no one records it because the miracles are localised, u just imagine Anglican publishes the things done in the catholic church all for the praise of God's Holy name and then Catholic publishes the works of Methodist and the miracles being done in the charismatic circles, if everyone begins to emphasise on a particular thing. It would become more magnified and pronounced, and then more people are aware of that particular thing being done because of it's widespread reach and popularity. The world media would have no option but to broadcast this events also. We can't afford to joke or mess around with sectarianism again, in this our age and generation it would be a deadly mistake we all have to lay down our arms to serve the master and only pick it up for him alone and not for our own personal business. Enough of us seeking the spotlight and wanting to become superstars, if the spotlight is on us then the glory will be diminished, but if it's on Jesus it would be magnified. When our missions and ministries truly focus on Jesus we would experience true unity because we would no longer just focus on what is happening in our ministry, but we would focus on what is happening around us and give glory and praise to God and if everyone does this, God will be magnified the more and the Gospel will spread. I believe this is the way. Enough of self centred and personalised ministry, we should all seek to record and report what's happening in the body of Christ this should be our greatest passion.

THE CROSS!

When the Bible said Jesus' will was surrendered many do not understand! "Not my will but yours be done" In plain language is I strip myself of every Identity and ability as God. This was the main reason for this Prayer, because in other to deliver Humanity God had to die as a man to bring about his glory...

I always wondered why Jesus would pray this prayer since He knew right from the beginning He would die, but then it occurred to me that the stripping of all of His heavenly glory was the biggest challenge He had to face, because He had to die powerless. His No. 1 will was His Godness. i.e ability to be God and perform as God. He couldn't access His God nature. If He was to toll the way of the cross, HIM that had authority over the devil had to become a subject of the devil and the only thing the devil could do when he had the opportunity to get back at God was to humiliate Him, and further humiliate Him by hanging Him on a tree! (Even the devil didn't understand the mystery of God, it never occurred to him that God also had authority in hell in other-words, God can bring anything back from Death or hell; Kumfayakum)

This was all part of the plan because He was fulfilling prophecy! God surrendered his Godness, He lost his existence, His Identity, His ability. His essence. Now Divinity had to look for how to reinstate this Glory because without the presence of the word, the heavens will be bare! So God had to create a permanent body for the word and uphold the symbol of redemption, He had to fast forward eternity as He gave us a glimpse into incorruption. As Earthly flesh mastered heavenly weather!

But what struck most were His words "not my will but yours be done!" it was possible for Him to die with all the Glory of Heaven, the implication of which I do not know!

But rather so that there would not be a revolt he had to feel all that we felt, the emotions, the doubts, the pain the confusion, all were pointing for His Glory, because of the enormous Glory that would be revealed! Before It was only God that was mentioned there were no distinguishing of Father, Son and Spirit, In order to restore! Divinity had to come out in their raw form. God made himself vulnerable and the mystery surrounding God was simplified!
It was in this surrendering of his glory that the "prayer not my will" find it's significance. There was no doubt of whether He would die! He agreed to die that was why He came but it was in the manner and mode of His death that we find the real struggle, He had to die helpless and powerless. scorned!!! He was powerless He couldn't control the circumstances around Him, He was a mere man! Ordinary!! stripped of every  Glory. Those that saw Him as divine changed their perception, His worth reduced! All His pride gone, His achievements were forgotten because He seemed to men as fake! The pain, the emptiness, all were pointing to redemption, for once He lost sight of what was ahead! He became a natural man! His visions lost, He didn't know what lay ahead! For the first time He was clueless! And if all this happened to Him it meant there could not be communication between Him and His Father! Separated! alone!!
He had to face the cross, with no way of escape ahead! He didn't know if a lamb would be provided in His case to take His stead as it did for Abraham, such hopelessness was too much! Must we do it like this He asked can't I retain few of my powers! All He relied on were prophecies! He also had to rely on the things He created! Even though things looked hopeless He couldn't see the future, He had to believe that the divine plan would work. So He went helplessly and dumb as a sheep before his shearers! Hopeless(Humanly but not divinely) utterly helpless. Scorned, buffeted, speechless, humiliated, ridiculed.
Dereped! O what a life! What a Sacrifice, What a Price! to have my sins taking away. If someone I care and love can go this extent to show His love, Shouldn't I respond! Shouldn't my response match He's in zeal and passion!

What a Mystery.
